By booking or using our websites, you agree to these Terms.<\/p>\n      <div class=\"tc-note\">Payments are made locally at Cribells Salon. We do not collect online payment details.<\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"tc-section\">\n      <h3 id=\"en-bookings\">1) Bookings &#038; Availability<\/h3>\n      <ul class=\"tc-list\">\n        <li>Bookings can be requested Monday\u2013Friday during opening shifts (10:00\u201313:00 and 14:00\u201319:00).<\/li>\n        <li>Online requests must be made from <strong>1 day in advance<\/strong> up to a maximum of <strong>30 days ahead<\/strong>.<\/li>\n        <li>Your request is considered confirmed only after you receive our confirmation email.<\/li>\n        <li>Some services (e.g., Micropigmentation consultation) may only be booked alone and\/or are \u201cupon request\u201d.<\/li>\n        <li>We may refuse or reschedule a booking due to staff\/room availability or safety reasons.<\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"tc-section\">\n      <h3 id=\"en-changes\">2) Changes &#038; Cancellations<\/h3>\n      <ul class=\"tc-list\">\n        <li>You can cancel via the <strong>\u201cCancel booking\u201d<\/strong> link in your confirmation email, by email to <a href=\"mailto:reservation.cribells@gmail.com\">reservation.cribells@gmail.com<\/a>, or by phone at +351 93 980 6464.<\/li>\n        <li>If you need to change date\/time or services, please contact us as early as possible.<\/li>\n        <li>No-shows or very late cancellations may affect future booking priority.<\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"tc-section\">\n      <h3 id=\"en-prices\">3) Pricing &#038; Offers<\/h3>\n      <ul class=\"tc-list\">\n        <li>Prices shown on our website are in EUR and include VAT where applicable.<\/li>\n        <li>\u201cUpon request\u201d services may require an in-person consultation before pricing is confirmed.<\/li>\n        <li>Promotions, bundles and gift vouchers may have specific conditions and validity periods.<\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"tc-section\">\n      <h3 id=\"en-health\">4) Health, Patch Tests &#038; Contraindications<\/h3>\n      <ul class=\"tc-list\">\n        <li>Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, pregnancy or medications before treatment.<\/li>\n        <li>For certain treatments (e.g., lash services), a patch test may be required 24\u201348h prior.<\/li>\n        <li>We may refuse or adapt a service if it is unsafe or not recommended for you.<\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"tc-section\">\n      <h3 id=\"en-conduct\">5) Client Conduct &#038; Salon Rules<\/h3>\n      <ul class=\"tc-list\">\n        <li>Please arrive on time; late arrival may shorten your service to avoid impact on following clients.<\/li>\n        <li>Please treat our staff and other clients with respect. Abusive behavior will not be tolerated.<\/li>\n        <li>Children or companions should not disturb other clients or compromise safety.<\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"tc-section\">\n      <h3 id=\"en-safety\">6) Product &#038; Treatment Safety<\/h3>\n      <p>Cribells Salon complies with EU cosmetic regulations and follows strict hygiene protocols.<\/p>\n      <ul class=\"tc-list\">\n        <li><strong>TPO Compliance:<\/strong> We do not use or sell products containing TPO (Trimethylbenzoyl Diphenylphosphine Oxide), in line with the EU ban effective <strong>1 September 2025<\/strong>.<\/li>\n        <li>In case of irritation or adverse reaction during treatment, please inform the professional immediately.<\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"tc-section\">\n      <h3 id=\"en-intellectual\">7) Intellectual Property &#038; Website Use<\/h3>\n      <ul class=\"tc-list\">\n        <li>All content on our websites (text, design, logos, images) is owned by Cribells or licensed to us.<\/li>\n        <li>You may not copy, redistribute or use our content for commercial purposes without prior consent.<\/li>\n        <li>Do not misuse the website, attempt to breach security, or interfere with other users.<\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"tc-section\">\n      <h3 id=\"en-privacy\">8) Privacy &#038; Cookies<\/h3>\n      <p>Your personal data is processed in accordance with our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cribells.com\/privacy-policy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Privacy Policy<\/a>.
